Shannon has been practicing law since 2004 and founded Lando Law Firm in 2010 — more than two decades of guiding clients through real estate closings, estate planning, probate, and business matters. That depth of experience means very little surprises her, and clients benefit from answers drawn from thousands of matters handled. The first in her family to graduate from college, Shannon built the firm around the belief that clients deserve straight answers, personal attention, and a lawyer who picks up the phone. She leads every practice area of the firm and personally supervises its closing practice.

Tavaria is an associate attorney licensed in both North and South Carolina, serving clients on either side of the state line. She came to the firm from the Solicitor’s Office, where she tried cases and sharpened the courtroom and advocacy skills few attorneys get so early in their careers. That trial-tested background powers a broad and growing practice: in addition to supporting the firm’s core work, Tavaria takes on matters across many areas of the law — so if your legal question doesn’t fit a category on this site, ask for her.

Lynn leads the firm’s real estate department and heads its builder accounts, managing new-construction closings for builders and their buyers while keeping the entire closing operation running at full speed. Shannon’s trusted right hand, Lynn goes above and beyond for everyone — clients, agents, builders, and her own teammates alike — and clients regularly mention her responsiveness by name. If it matters to the firm and its clients, it matters to Lynn.

Sue is the firm’s go-to paralegal for everything beyond the closing table — estate planning, probate and estate administration, and the firm’s general practice matters. From keeping estate and probate files organized and on schedule to helping families gather what the Probate Court requires, she’s the steady hand who makes complicated processes feel manageable.
