Paralegal Kristen Starnes has been with Lando Law Firm, LLC since 2019, joining the staff after she graduated from York Technical College with an associate’s degree In Applied Science focusing on Paralegal Studies. She also interned at Lando Law Firm, LLC during the summer while she was still in school to gain experience and knowledge about the industry first hand.
She works as a paralegal preparing closing documents, reviews title searches, and communicates between attorneys, lenders, and clients to help ensure a smooth closing process for all parties involved. She also assists in our post-closing department by returning all recorded documents and title policies to the correct lender and client after closing.
Kristen has lived in Lancaster County, South Carolina her entire life. She is a graduate of Indian Land High School and is happy to call Indian Land her home.
